Home Care refers to a variety of services that allow people to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.

Some home care services are health-related (e.g., medication management), while others are considered supportive (e.g., help with laundry, meals and bathing.) Chosen Family Home Care offers supportive services in Philadelphia and surrounding counties and may be performed by home health aides, homemakers or companions.

We are a private, locally owned company whose employees are experienced and passionate about what they do. We’ve earned our reputation for providing quality in-home care and for being extremely responsive: in many cases, care solutions are in place within 24 hours of a family’s first call to Chosen Family. Our care team is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
